Welcome to Copperstrings. Copperstrings is the social network platform, a part of the of the Copperstrings Network, which includes , , , , , and . The following are the rules or "Terms of Service" that govern use of the Copperstrings and its affiliate websites mentioned before. The Terms of Service ("TOS") may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the TOS at any time at: (). By accessing and using Copperstrings and/or any of its member websites, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of the TOS.

Description of Coppertsrings services and Disclaimers

Copperstrings, and all its member websites, provide users with access to information and materials related to treasures hidden below layers of our routines, habits, and unquestioned conventions through its parent website located at (the "Service"). Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, shall be subject to the TOS.

Copperstrings does not promise that the site, or any of its affiliated sites, will be error-free, uninterrupted, nor that it will provide specific results from use of the site or any content, search or link on it. The sites and their content are delivered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Copperstrings disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including also any implied warranties of, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages. Copperstrings and its affiliates, suppliers and partners make not warranty that (i) the service or any products purchased through the service will meet your requirements; (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free; or (iii) that there will be no errors in the service or that Copperstrings will fix any errors. Any services and materials obtained through use of the Service are obtained at your own discretion and risk and Copperstrings, or its associate sites, shall not be responsible for any damage caused to your computer or data or for any bugs, viruses, trojan horses or other destructive code resulting from use of the service or any content obtained from the service.

You also understand and agree that the services of the Copperstrings group of websites may include certain communications, such as service announcements, administrative messages and Newsletters, comprehensive or individually related to the specific sites, and that you will be able to opt out of receiving them, if you so desire. You agree to receive emails which are specific to your account and necessary for the normal functioning of the Copperstrings Group Service, including but not limited to notifications about performers and events you've expressed interest in. Copperstrings will use the email address you provide to register you to use our Services, to verify your authority to use certain features of our different associate Sites and Services, to deliver certain services and notices based on the email settings you have selected, or to improve and tailor the content and general administration of our Sites and Services.

You understand that we do not endorse any Content, including User Content, or support any views, opinions, recommendations, or advice that may be in user submissions. Content comes from a variety of sources, and we make no promises about the reliability of any source or the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of any Content feed or user submission. You may be offended by Content that you see on the Service. You may find some of it to be inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable. However, you agree not to hold us responsible in any way for your use of our Service, including your exposure to Content. You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Copperstrings Service, may involve (a) transmissions over various networks and (b) external websites unconnected with Copperstrings.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under law, Copperstrings and its affiliates, suppliers and partners have no obligation or liability (whether arising in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise) for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages or liabilities (including, but not limited to, any loss of data, revenue or profit) arising from or related to your use of the service or any content provided by or through the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance. The foregoing limitation applies to damages arising from (i) your use of or inability to use our service; (ii) cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods or services purchased through or from our service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your user content; (iv) third party content made available to you through the service or (v) any other matter relating to the service.

Age

Copperstrings takes a child's privacy very seriously, and we adhere to the requirements of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. Accordingly, if you are under 13 years of age, you are not authorized to use the Service, with or without registering. In addition, if you are under 18 years old, you may only use the Service without registering, and only with the approval of your parent or guardian. You must be 18 or above to register to become a member on the site.

Copperstrings has a single sign up for all its member websites which include Copperwiki, Traydio, Wondermentalist, the Green Ghost, Soul & Soil and it event platform events.copperstrings.com. When you sign up for a Copperstrings account, you are required to provide some of your personal information (such as your name, email address and an account password). For certain services, such as our events, we may also request credit card or other payment account information which we maintain in encrypted form on secure servers. We treat your personal information with utmost secrecy and do not share them with any third party individual or organization under any circumstance. We may combine the information you submit under your account to provide you with a better experience and to improve the quality of our services.

On the other hand when you send email or other communications to Copperstrings or any of its affiliated websites, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services.

The only information we may share with third parties are certain pieces of aggregated, non-personal information which get reflected in Google Analytics reports, such as the number of users who searched for a particular term, for example, or user preferences for keywords, topics etc. Such information does not identify the user individually.

Third party applications

Copperstrings, or any of its associated websites, may make available third party applications through its services. When you enable such gadgets, the information collected by Copperstrings is processed under the same Privacy Policy. Information collected by the application or gadget provider is governed by their privacy policies.

However, we restrict access to personal information to Copperstrings employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services.

Content made available for Copperstrings services

Copperstrings does not claim ownership of Content you submit or make available for inclusion on the Copperstrings Services. However, with respect to the Content you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Copperstrings Services, you grant Copperstrings the following, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive licenses, as applicable:

With respect to Content you submit or make available for inclusion on the Copperstrings website, the license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly display such content on the Copperstrings website solely for the purposes of promoting the content and Service to which this content was made available. This license exists only for the as long as you elect to continue to include such Content on the Copperstrings website and will terminate at the time you or Copperstrings removes such content from the Copperstrings website.
With respect to photos, graphics, audio or video you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of Copperstrings website, the license to use, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display such content on the Copperstrings website solely for the purpose for which such Content was available. This license exists only for as long as you elect to continue to include such Content on the Copperstrings website and will terminate at the time Copperstrings removes such content from the Copperstrings website.
With respect to content other than photos, graphics, audios and videos you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of Copperstrings website, the perpetual, irrevocable license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly display such Content (in whole or in part) and to incorporate such content into other works in any format or medium now known or later developed.

Accounts, Password and Security

Although registration is not required to use the Service, you may need to set up an account in order to use some of the features of the Service. You may not use someone else's account without permission. When you are setting up your account, you must give us accurate and complete information. This means that you cannot set up an account using someone else's name or contact information, or a false name or false contact information. You have complete responsibility for your account and everything that happens on your account. This means you need to be careful with your password. If you find out that someone is using your account without your permission, you must let us know immediately. You may not transfer your account to someone else. We are not liable for any damages or losses caused by someone using your account without your permission. However, if we (or anyone else) suffer any damage due to the unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable. We reserve the right to refuse access to the Service or to delete accounts created by users who appropriate the name, likeness, email address or any other Personally Identifiable Information of another individual. "Personally Identifiable Information" means any information which may be used to identify, or be associated or linked with, an individual.

Your Conduct

You must not

upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or hateful racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
"stalk" or otherwise harass another;
harm minors in any way; impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Going employee or other representative, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity;
forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the Service;
upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
download any file posted by another user of the Service that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot legally be distributed in such manner;
upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of Going or any other party;
advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose, unless such area specifically allows such messages;
upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", "pyramid schemes", or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas that are designated for such purpose;
upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service;
violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable for any particular area of the Service; or intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, or any regulations having the force of law.

Copyrights

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. You may not use our Service to infringe anyone else's copyright or other intellectual property right. If we find out that you are infringing, we will remove your User Content. We do not have to give you notice that we are removing your User Content. We may also terminate your account if we decide that you are a repeat infringer. We consider a repeat infringer to be a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice or who has had User Content removed from our Service more than twice.

If you believe that something on our Service violates your copyright, notify us in writing. The contact information for our copyright agent is at the bottom of this section.()

In order for us to take action, you must do the following in your notice:

provide your physical or electronic signature;
identify the copyrighted work that you believe is being infringed;

Termination and Suspension

We may terminate or suspend the Service or any part of the Service, terminate or suspend or your use of the Service, block any IP address, or remove any of your User Content at any time without cause without any liability to you.

Further, we may terminate or suspend your permission to use the Service immediately and without notice upon any violation of these Terms of Service, your failure to pay any fees when due, upon the request of law enforcement or government agencies, for extended periods of inactivity, for unexpected technical issues or problems or for engagement by you in fraudulent or illegal activities. If we terminate your use of the Service for any of these reasons or otherwise for cause, we will not refund any fees you may have paid, whether for access to the Service or for Products (if applicable).

Upon any termination we may delete your account, passwords and User Content and we may bar you from further use of the Service. You understand that we may also continue to make your User Content available on the Service even if your use of the Service is terminated or suspended. You agree that we will have no liability to you or any third party for termination of your account, User Content or access to the Service.
