| Some third-party developed applications and plug-ins may require access to personal data in order to function. While we will do all we can to ensure that such third-parties operate a similar privacy policy, the responsibility to check the privacy policies inherent in the use of any third party applications or plug-ins on our site lies with individual members. |

| The only exception to this policy is that we may disclose information to a third party if required to do so by law and when we have a good-faith belief that it is necessary to comply with a court order or other legal process and if it proves imperative to do so in order to exercise our legal rights and to defend against legal claims against us. |

If you choose to publish your email or any other contact details in any messages on CopperStrings we cannot be held responsible for the fate of that information from then on. Please be careful with whom and how you share personal information through our site. |
