Mindful Eating, Mindless Eating
Forget nutrition for the moment. Forget about organic, and food miles and fair trade. All our problems begin at the end - with the way we eat. This is a group for those who can't remember the last five meals they ate. I mean, really remembered! Not just whether it was a sandwich, soup, or meat and two veg, but who with and what the weather was like. What were you doing before and after? And during?! (yes, I know you were eating but, be hon...
Endangered languages
CopperWiki
An endangered language is a language which is headed for extinction. An endangered language either has no monolingual speakers - people who speak only that language, or is spoken by such a small minority in the nation that its speakers avoid using it or passing it on to the next generation. Many languages today have only one remaining speaker, an older person who will take that language with him or her to the grave.

Do you have a question? Ask now!

Time in my opinion is still the same, but the events crammed into the time are increasing. We cram more and more activities into our lives trying to make more of everything. All that's needed is to stop and relax. Taking few deep breaths. It is after all what we do, how we act or react to given moment.

Many families are a mix of characters with some better than others. It is not uncommon for a member of one family to get along better with a member of another family, and that can develop into great business partnerships. It is also true that a member of one family can fall in love with a member of the opposite sex from another family and that is often called a marriage. I like to think of the universe as one happy family with everyone understanding that we all ride the crest of life in various way, in various places and at various time, and in various conditions. It seems to me that as we move away from our central family group, we notice a wide variety of differences in just about every respect that you might imagine. If the family is the springboard and an example to your life, the rest of the universe is the pool with no limit to depth or distance. Life is a grand experience and sloughing off the old and useless body is merely a caterpillar leaving a cocoon. Why not be cheerful and happy on that very special occasion that we often call death to the physical body, it is just the beginning of a new adventure. Dr Robert E McGinnis
